a. The following are required to be submitted together with your application form

  1. A non-refundable deposit whose amount varies depending on the program that you belong to
  2. A signed agreement to the rules of residence
  3. A signed release form which allows Telfilm to use student videos
  4. A signed Student Information & Medical Form which details any dietary or medical needs that a student may have. The form should also contain emergency contacts
